Arti L. Bhimani

Ms. Bhimani has experience handling a wide array of litigation matters, including general commercial litigation, financial and securities litigation, contract disputes, commercial lease disputes, mass and toxic torts, class actions, health care litigation, insurance coverage actions, CERCLA cost recovery matters, regulatory and compliance matters, immigration matters, and intellectual property disputes. Ms. Bhimani has appeared in state and federal court, as well as, in front of regulatory agencies and arbitration panels.

Ms. Bhimani received her B.A. with honors from the Northwestern University in 1998 and her J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 2004. Ms. Bhimani is admitted to practice in all of the Courts of the State of California, the United States District Court for the Central District, and the Ninth Circuit. Prior to joining Palmer, Lombardi & Donohue LLP, Ms. Bhimani practiced at a large international law firm.

Ms. Bhimani is fluent in Gujarati and Hindi
