Grant H. Dowd
Mr. Dowd has experience handling a broad range of litigation matters and corporate transactions. His litigation practice emphasizes general commercial litigation, securities and financial litigation, contract disputes, class actions, and environmental regulatory compliance. Mr. Dowd’s corporate practice focuses primarily on transactions for middle market companies, including bank financings, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity fund formation. He also advises clients regarding general regulatory, compliance and structuring issues.
Mr. Dowd received his bachelor’s degree in finance, with highest distinction, from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota in 2002. In 2005, he received his Juris Doctorate from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. Mr. Dowd is a member of the California bar and admitted to practice before all of the State Courts and United States District Courts of California. Prior to joining Palmer, Lombardi & Donohue LLP, Mr. Dowd practiced at a large international law firm in Los Angeles.
