Jeffrey N. Goldberg
Mr. Goldberg’s practice concentrates on complex business litigation. He has broad experience in diverse areas of litigation, including in particular securities litigation and regulatory matters, health care matters, and representative actions brought pursuant to California’s unfair competition law, false advertising law, and Consumers Legal Remedies Act. Mr. Goldberg has handled various litigation matters in state and federal courts, including appeals in both the California Courts of Appeal and the United States Courts of Appeals. He also has extensive experience in arbitration proceedings in various forums (including FINRA, AAA, JAMS, and NAF) and related court proceedings. While Mr. Goldberg’s practice has focused on the representation of defendants, he also has substantial experience representing plaintiffs in a wide array of lawsuits.
Mr. Goldberg received his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Emory University in 1997 and his J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 2001. Mr. Goldberg is admitted to practice in California, before the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Northern Districts of California, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Prior to joining Palmer, Lombardi & Donohue LLP, Mr. Goldberg was an associate at a large, international law firm.
