Alison R. Kalinski

Ms. Kalinski’s practice concentrates on representing employers in all aspects of employment disputes, including the hiring and termination of employees, discrimination and harassment issues, wage and hour laws, and other personnel issues. In addition, Ms. Kalinski has substantial experience handling a wide array of litigation matters, including general commercial litigation, class actions, contract disputes, bankruptcy, and financial and securities litigation.

Ms. Kalinski has also represented clients pro bono in immigration and domestic violence matters. Ms. Kalinski received the Sanctuary for Families 2008 Pro Bono Achievement Award for successfully obtaining cancellation of removal for a victim of domestic violence and sex-trafficking.

Ms. Kalinski graduated magna cum laude from Tulane Law School in 2003, where she served as managing editor of the Tulane Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Ms. Kalinski received her B.A from Washington University in St. Louis. Prior to joining Palmer, Lombardi & Donohue LLP, Ms. Kalinski practiced at two large international law firms in New York. In addition, Ms. Kalinski clerked for the Honorable Steven M. Gold in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Ms. Kalinski is admitted to practice in California and New York, and before the U.S. District Courts for the Central District of California and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
