Brett D. Watson

Mr. Watson is a partner of the firm. His practice focuses on consumer financial services and business litigation. Mr. Watson has substantial experience litigating cases in the following areas: credit and charge card, checking, Commercial Code Article 3 and Article 4, wrongful foreclosure, wrongful repossession, Truth-in-Lending Act (TILA), the Real Estate Settlement and Procedures Act (RESPA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and 17200 matters, as well as complex business disputes.

Mr. Watson received his J.D. magna cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law where he was a member of the Pepperdine Law Review. He received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University, San Bernardino. Mr. Watson is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
